Light Up the Room

Never underestimate the importance of good lighting. Lighting not only serves a function; it is also an important way to set the mood of any room. Successfully designed rooms offer different layers of light, including task lighting, ambient lighting and accent lighting. You’ll get the best results by incorporating all three types of lighting. Dimmers are highly recommended, as they can easily adjust the amount of light you need for your room, your task, or your mood!

Task lighting, as the name suggests,  is for areas where tasks are performed. We need task lighting to read at a desk or cook in a kitchen. Task lighting makes your room functional.

Ambient lighting is the overall light in a space, helping to create the feel of the room. This light comes from your recessed lights and any ceiling mounted fixtures. Accent lighting is used to highlight specific areas, such as artwork, architectural features or displays. Accent lighting helps to create and enhance focal points, adding interest to any room.

Here are some lights that will create the atmosphere you want, and look pretty too!
